Larry Winters is the Project Management Practice Leader and a Senior Consultant with The Persimmon Group. Larry is a Project Management Institute-certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with experience in methodology development, training, and consulting.
 
Larry has over ten years experience as a Project Manager and has performed as a project team leader in the telecommunications, travel, transportation, oil and gas, information management, and education industries as well as state government. Larry has managed projects with budgets of up to $58 million and has lead project international teams.   His experience ranges from leading large, next generation technology initiatives resulting in broad organizational improvements, to small, frontline support projects and internal process improvement initiatives.
 
Prior to joining The Persimmon Group, Larry worked with JB Hunt Transport, Acxiom, WilTel Communications, and Dollar Thrifty. He earned his master`s degree in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas.
