 | Chris Bernard, User Experience Evangelist, MicrosoftChris Bernard has been a practicing designer for the last 15 years working in the realms of broadcast, motion graphics, interactive, application and Web development. Currently a User Experience Evangelist for Microsoft, Chris has held previous roles as a Creative Director and Practice Leader in the Centers for e-business Innovation at IBM and has served in numerous design director and strategy roles in interactive and broadcast focused design studios. Chris’ clients have included CNBC, Hilton, Gatorade, Accenture, IBM, The NCAA, Cranbrook Institute of Art and Target.
Chris received a Master’s in Marketing Communications from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Masters in Design from The Institute of Design and his primary interests are around the intersection of business, design and technology. A passionate advocate for advancing the practice and discipline of design Chris has been published in International Design Magazine and he serves as an Adjunct lecturer and expert on cross-disciplinary teaming at The Institute of Design. |
